I had not heard of A1 doors until a framer helping me told me a buddy had a good experience there so I gave him a shout and a try they were much closer to me than being in Kent and our house is in Auburn. Had a great experience start to finish, I was working with Divya who was extremely helpful and friendly with great communication and I got a quote very quickly pulled the trigger and lo and behold 2 weeks later I got the phone call that they were ready for delivery. The doors looked fantastic especially for the price which is unbeatable they all came shrink wrapped in plastic which I've never seen before either overall just an excellent excellent experience highly recommend. I will use them on my future projects no doubt.

I worked with A1 to order all of our interior doors, baseboards, and front door, and the entire experience was excellent. Johnny was amazing to work with - he answered all of my questions, responded incredibly quickly, and walked me through the entire buying process with patience and clarity. The entire process was extremely fast, and it took less than a week for the doors to arrive. For delivery, Omar was just as great. We had two deliveries, and I couldn’t be on site for one of them, so he thoughtfully texted me photos to confirm everything arrived safely. That level of communication and care really stood out. Highly recommend A1 and their team!

Great place to buy doors and the employees there were knowledged and very helpful. especially Brian, he answered all my questions and had us in and out of there super fast. Thanx again A1 Doors, the doors look great.

I placed an order for baseboards here. Since it doesn't fit in car I asked them to Cut into half. They said they will charge 10% of total price for cutting it which is way too much. That is not the reason I am giving negative review here. The staff ( I think her name is Sandy) I wanted to get clarification, they replied very rude. They just told me you can cut on your own which they should have told me before I pay. I clarified them, I am not complaining but just giving a feedback, they still replied very rudely. Not at all professional. When I asked one of the staff why she is so rude when I am trying to just give me feedback not even complaint, he said she is very straight forward. That is not straightforwardness, it is just an unprofessional behavior. On top of it, injust placed order o

Terrible customer service. Was about to order 15 prehung doors and the front desk person cut me off mid sentence and slammed the phone down. Great job yall. Couldn't even give me 2 minutes for an order?
