Unfortunately, our experience with A1 Electric as an underwriter and inspection provider was not a positive one. The main issue for us was communication. Reaching someone by phone was difficult, calls were often not returned, and coordinating inspections became challenging. Thomas Greenage he has been a true blessing. To make a long story short, we experienced a house fire back in middle of July. Now (December) finding out I needed to get an underwriter to come out to approve the work that had to been done to get the power back on for the contractors to finish up the work. Stressed out since I have been told it could take months to have this process done. However, I got in touch with Thomas less than a week ago, he was very kind and eager to help my son and I get back into our home. He got everything signed sealed and delivered to where it had to go.
