A-1 Grass Sand & Stone: Rockwall

for sure my go to place for rock, sand, and grass. unfortunately, they are forever closed!!!!! thankfully I found another place that is in Sunnyvale, and they have better prices better quality and for sure more friendly and helpful staff. y'all should check them out Starr Turf.

Well as of yesterday, October 16, 2024 everything is gone. The lot where all of the sand, sod, rock, etc was is now totally empty. No cars were at the office and it looked like it was vacant. I have been a customer for many years. Really sucks that they are closed. Oh well......I bet they got one hell of an offer for that land. Thanks for all of the years of great service and good prices.

I can't say enough good about this place and it's employees. Over the past two weeks I had two tons of river rock delivered and bought 100 squares of sod. Their prices are reasonable and all five of the employees were great. Their prices were almost half of what Home Depot is charging.

Got a half pallet of St Augustine from them. Very good pricing and friendly staff. They load it up nicely for you. The grass was fresh cut and great condition. Would recommend for your sod needs. Get there early!
