Great service. It took 3 minutes to make 2 keys for me.
I stopped by today to have a key duplicated. I have 2000 model Harley-Davidson motorcycle, that I need a second key for. A new second key was made for me in minutes. After getting home and trying the key, it kinda worked but, it was not right. I went back to A-1 and told them the situation. They made me a new, second key, no questions asked. The second key works fine. I've done business here before, and will continue to do so.
This company is fantastic. They are the upmost professionals. Great customer service and they managed to pull off a very challenging delivery, due to the layout of my house, with everything ending up perfect. I recommend 100%.
Shane was very wise to keep a pair of Emtek latches on his truck. Just what we needed.
