Gage was the nicest delivery man. He was real accommodating with the topsoil delivery. He asked me where I wanted it and had no problem putting it there. He also has a very nice demeanor. The topsoil was top-notch. You get what you order and ordering. It was a breeze. I highly recommend this company and planned on buying more from them.

Shame on this business for not updating their hours of operation. Plans were made based on their website stating they were open on Saturdays. They are not! Do better A1, do better.

We had a great experience working with Jason and his crew. Jason was one of the most honest and genuine people I’ve interacted with. He came through and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and checked in with us post completion. Would highly recommend for his timeliness and ability to follow through exactly as promised. A+ experience!!!

On Monday at 330 am on my way to work one of the drivers turned off porter center rd to 104 and cut me off. The driver never stopped at the stop sign. I called the company and didn't get a call back about this. If they ever call me back to discuss this i will change the rating. They need to train their drivers better.

Last year 2023 we purchased 5 yards of top soil. 20 bags of mulch 3 plants and brick to build a garden wall. My husband call about the dirt on how much big boulders of stone and how the top soil was just awful. It took 4 times for the management to call back, they refused to do anything. Well, we used the top soil to plant the bushes we bought from them and they all died. They were planted correctly of course. So I called this year and because they are not selling bushes they won’t do anything about it. We have spent a lot of money through the years at A-1 they are not a company that stands by their products and certainly don’t care about customers. I’m truly not writing this to attack the company I’m writing this so you who are reading this know they aren’t a company you should deal with.
