Chase is a great guy to work with. Very understanding, helpful and easy to talk to. Buying a fixer upper on a budget as a first time home buyer has been very intimidating. He made me feel very comfortable working with him and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Very straight forward! He also got the job done VERY fast and fit me it right away. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Chase is a great guy to deal with. He shows patience and willingness to listen to what the customer wants. Then he figures out a plan of attack and gets the job done professionally. He’s restored my faith in contractors. Not ALL contractors, but there are a couple of decent ones out there if you can find them. I searched a while for someone I felt comfortable enough to work with who understood my unique needs. Then I found Chase. In my book, Chase gets an A+ and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any future needs.

We used Chase Menkena – Advanced Drywall and Construction Services -- at the suggestion of our local hardware store, and we were glad we took that advice. A large oak tree had fallen on the roof of our house, crashing through the roof and the ceiling of a bedroom on the top floor. The ceiling repair was going to be complicated by the fact that the ceiling studs had been torn out, and the old plaster was over a heavy metal mesh that did not appear to be anchored to the studs. Chase and his crew tackled the job with professionalism and skill – they cut out the damaged plaster, rebuilt the ceiling framing, attached new studs, and put up new drywall to replace the old plaster. The work they did was amazing, especially the drywall “mud” that was expertly shaped to duplicate the old curved edge

Had advance drywall finish and paint our new drywalled ceilings in living room, hallway and bathroom. Could not have asked for a better job. Both Chase and Vince are verry fussy about their work and made sure we were satisfied with the job they done. They are very professional and left our house as clean as before they came. Advance will be my first choice for any future renovations i might need.

Chase and team was professional and helped out with a drywall finishing project on a short timeline. The team was great at communicating and was affordable.
