I never leave reviews but I wanted to specifically recognize Ian from A1 Locksmith at this location. I bought a Liberty Centurion 24 Gun Safe from this location and from the moment I first walked through these doors, Ian was there to greet me and help me expedite this process. Ian was very attentive, very polite, and very knowledgeable in his craft. He helped me get in and out of the door within 10 minutes of figuring out which gun safe I would end up buying. I willingly opted to self transport my gun safe from the store to my apartment home and somewhere along the process, I realized my gun safe’s bolt came loose off of the door. I am very certain it was my fault by struggling to move this bad boy alone throughout the process, but as soon as I identified this problem, I sent pictures and

Bought a safe from these guys about a year ago. Got a great deal on it. The keypad failed today and I was kinda panicked. Called the store and spoke to Robert and he walked me through a quick diagnostic. In order to avoid the time of dealing with the manufacturer's warranty, he just gave me a new keypad and showed me in the store how to install it. Easy peasy. Old-time customer service. Will always do business of any kind with this company.

Great customer service, product, and delivery. After two failed attempts to purchase a gunsafe with another vendor that ended in damaged products, failed deliveries, returns and frustration I ordered from A1 locksmith. The safe was delivered with care and in pristine condition. If you are looking for a quality product, with expert support and exceptional care & handling, I highly recommend A1! I had an excellent experience with the delivery and installation of my Liberty gun safe by A1-Locksmith. Special thanks to both Waseed and Nick who installed a half-a-ton safe in my house without damaging or scratching my wood floors or any of my walls. They arrived on time, were courteous and considerate of my time, and left everything clean. I highly recommend this company.

Needed a 715 lb safe moved. Antonio and Ian came out and did a great job. Moved it with care, didn't cause any damage/issues, and were extremely professional. They also gave me a briefing on how to change the combination and best care for the safe. Would use again, but hope it doesn't need to be moved again....
