He actually cares about detail and quality. He supervises the whole job to make sure that the job is done right. He is very detailed and honest and is easy to communicate with. I used PZ construction for a commercial car wash enclosure and canopy project. Parham is exceptional! I have used various GC's throughout my career and personally for my home. Parham is different. He actually cares about detail and quality. He doesn't just assign the job to his subcontractors and disappear. He actually supervises his subcontractors to make sure that the job is done right. I have seen him spent most of the day with them during critical installation tasks. He is also an excellent communicator and always available.
