These guys are the best! Do not go to big box stores, Ray’s team takes their time to install and to do it right. They are priced great too! On the install they used proper high quality padding, repaired loose and warped floor boards, they were very careful with furniture and baseboards, and the install was done with precision! A big box store did our whole house years ago in one day, Ray’s team did it in 5 days - super slow, super methodical, and did it right! Truly. These guys care about doing a good job. They’d rather take their time and do it right than rush on to another job. I am so impressed. Blown away. Absolutely thankful. You will be glad you called Ray!

These folks have been in business a long time, and it shows in the way they really try to understand the needs of the customer. When I had a situation where a tenant damaged a property, they were willing to send someone to help with the carpet installation related prep. They also worked to find the right price, color, and type of carpet we wanted, and they encouraged us to make carpet choices that pleased us, rather than directing us to what everyone else is doing. They mentioned trends but did not try to force us into anything we didn't want. Really incredibly helpful assistance in walking through the process, providing options, and giving us time to learn about how everything is handled.

Update May 2019-Still a big fan! They moved their showroom a few blocks away and it’s a nicer place. I've been a long-time customer of Waggoner Carpets. I've used them at two different homes on a number of different projects. They've always been great to work with! The flooring looks great. They always have finished the job in a timely fashion. Their prices are competitive. Plus, they're good people, too. Ray and his crew and the best around. I've referred friends and family to them and they've always spoken very highly of their experiences.

They are excellent! We had a flood the first day we moved into our new house. We had to get the carpet re-installed in a bedroom after the moisture was removed. Every interaction I had with Waggoner Carpets was a good one. They were professional and friendly every step of the way. They were able to schedule the work the same week and actually called the next day to say they could get in earlier than expected. The installation went great and took under an hour to replace the pad and the carpet. The prices are also very reasonable. I will have no hesitations using them the next time we need flooring work!
