A-1 Overhead Door Systems

I highly recommend A-1 overhead door systems, Leominster. We used their services for the second time today and I couldn’t be any happier. Matt was very friendly, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was very kind answering any questions I had. He came between the time promised. Their prices are very reasonable compared to others. You will not regret booking an appointment with them! They have certainly earned a customer for life.

I had my overhead door system installed 5 years ago. The service during installation was great. They were very knowledgeable, arrived when they said they would and did an overall wonderful job. Recently the door needed a service. Mathew was just great. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but also educated me on things I would never think to ask. The people who answer the phone are pleasant and easy to talk to. After a short discussion I was sent via email a sheet with options and prices. I appreciated that. In follow up they helped me make a good decision. I had them replace my garage door opener. Install was quick and easy. There have been no problems so far. Really, it couldn't have gone better.

A-1 is always super fast to respond and to get my garage door back and working. They went above and beyond in my first experience with them to make sure I had at least a temporary fix until the correct parts came in. I called on them again when one of the springs snapped (not involved in the first fix!) And my door was back up and running in just a couple of days. Everyone was super efficient and very polite and amicable to work with and Chuck was great about amending a work time when it wouldn't work for my household!
