We decided to put in an inground pool at our new construction home and our pool experience with A1 Pools was awesome! From start to finish, their communication, professionalism, and responsiveness were spot on throughout the entire sale and installation process. Mario was especially helpful—he guided us through the decision-making process with great insight, helping us choose the right features for our home. The installation team arrived on schedule and executed everything flawlessly, with attention to detail and quality workmanship. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Overall, A1 Pools is a top-notch company, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a pool. A great experience from a great team!

I am so EXTREMELY disappointed with this company all around. Their behavior since the beginning has been, and continues to be, unacceptable. This company DOES NOT COMMUNICATE. They are UNTRUSTWORTHY. They refuse to completely fix a problem we’ve had since installation by never calling us back to schedule an appointment! When we first had them come install our in-ground pool liner, they told us they would call to let us know when they were coming to drain the pool and begin the work. THEY DID NOT CALL. They showed up when we were not home and began draining the pool into a portion of our yard (and neighbors yard!) that FLOODS. Expecting a call, I had not informed anyone ahead of time to drain the pool somewhere else, as I expected to be able to SHOW them where NOT to drain the pool when th

I went to A-1 for a pool water test. The girl assisting me was extremely helpful and guided me through the proper process to clearing my pool. It was only a small inexpensive purchase, but I wanted to recognize such a helpful, knowledgeable employee. Thank you.
