A-1 Restoration

We live in Belvidere in the Clines Ford subdivision, and had some storm damage. A1 came in and and inspected house inside and out, and found damage to the house we didn't even know about. Jeff came in went over everything he found. After we approved everything he and his team handled everything with our insurance. After the insurance approved the work, the A1 team went right to work, they were GREAT! very curious and very careful of our home furniture. They replaced the roof, installed new drywall, flooring thought the whole main floor, prepped and painted, replaced our storm door and replaced siding, all done on schedule and in a very timely manner, with plastic curtains and tents to contain and dust. Terrific service! I worked with Brian over the phone to arrange a roof inspection. Communicated with him several time to find a weather window that would allow a crew to get up on the roof. He was always quick to respond. Phil came out to do the inspection and was very easy to work with and got the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to use A-1 again.

I would give a 10 out of 10. Every thing that was done in my kitchen was great. Not only did they do an amazing job. The employees that came to work could not have been better. I knew everything they were doing. They notified me ahead of time of the days and times they were coming. I would recommend this company to everyone. When I do any other work on my home I will go through A1 first. I wouldn’t think of any other company.

The work was done in a timely manner and all the workers were polite and did an excellent job. The project manager Jason was knowledgeable, helpful and considerate and answered all our questions of which we had many. Jason is excellent at his job. I would recommend A-1 Restoration to anyone.
