A-1 Septic

I am writing to praise Torry and A1 Septic. He pumped our septic system a couple of years ago. When I called him for añ urgent repeat service several hours ago he was unable to schedule a timely service call. He knew I needed quick service and he referred me to one of his competitors, assuring me of what a good job they do also. It was a true spirit of cooperation instead of pure competition. I think A1 septic is a superior company performing superior service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. It seems clear to me that Torry, the owner, is doing well in business because of his great services and reasonable prices. But at this level, it seems that he is more interested in helping me then making me wait to have my tank pumped so he could make a few bucks. Five stars for

I called A-1 for a septic inspection on a house I am buying. They were so helpful and friendly on the phone explaining a lot of items in detail. This was even after I found out they don't service my area. He even gave me recommendations for my area and told me to call back if I had more questions. Definitely a good company and willing to help!!!

Great company highly recommend A-1 (in American Fork/Orem/Provo area) super fast response time and very helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation. As others have pointed out, they even recommended other solutions for my area. Great people.

Troy at A-1 Septic was absolutly amazing. He gave me some wonderful detail and explanation of how a septic system works, what needs to be looked at and when and how it all impacts the long-term performance of a residential septic service. Thank you Troy, I would highly recommend him and his company for any septic service, repair, inspection, etc. that is ever needed!

I feel like these guys are THE ONLY option when it comes to septic tanks! My tank was backing up and I had no idea where it was or what to do since I just got the house a few years ago. I called some of A1's competitors and they all told me the same thing: "If you don't know where it is then we'll have to charge you like $500 on top of what it would cost to pump it". I called A1 and luckily they were way better! Tory answered and walked me through everything step-by-step. He asked questions to make sure I wasn't paying for something that I didn't need and getting the best deal! I ended up saving his number in my phone. At this point I might even invite them to family holidays! Can't go wrong with these guys, I highly recommend!!
