Hands down the best experience Ive had with an HVAC company. The price was fair and Howard was able to easily, and quickly identify and repair an issues ive had with my townhome HVAC unit since new. The original installers had came out 3 different times and said that it was functioning as designed, while I was shown by this company that is was not, and after the repair, how it was supposed to operate. Will be using them on all of my properties from here on out, every time. Even if I have to wait.

I recently built an ADU. The heating an AC was an unknown for me. I was really getting in jam to have this done so I could move on with the construction. Finding Cutting Edge was amazing. They showed up the next day for a quote and were ready to do an install in a couple of days. That’s VERY fast in this world. They showed up on time and worked great with the other contractors on the job. I wanted the Sheetrock done differently than they planned, but they worked with everyone. My install had three “heads.” The crew was always working hard and smiling and seemed to be having a good time. They came back to finish the install after all the painting was done. Grant and his crew were excellent. Fast, good price, and made adjustments when needed after the inspector wanted changes. Locally owned and I’m happy to support these guys. They installed a ducted mini slit with two zones, and made sure I got the best price.
