A-1 Septic

I noticed the big A-1 Septic truck for years around Pasadena. When I found out we had a septic tank in our new home I knew who we would use just off of familiarity. It's been the perfect decision for us as septic owners. Scheduling is easy and painless. The lady on the phone is always pleasant and very helpful. The tech always does a great job. We are pleased with A-1's service and will continue to use them.

Did a great job for my routine maintenance pump out. I call A1 every couple years. Excellent communication too! I didn't even need to be home.

Service was superb from start to finish. Secretary went out of her way to pull my septic paperwork from AA County so I could locate my septic clean out saving me hours of digging. I was new to the area and discovered A-1 Septic serviced my property for the previous owner. They spent time with me discussing the state of my septic, the decisions the previous owner made and how best to move forward to keep my septic functioning. The honest and straight-forward discussions were appreciated. All work was completed within a timely manner and their regular service is always completed quickly and efficiently. When I have called for issues, I was given advice, and sometimes instruction on how to resolve the issue. I appreciate this approach over scheduling service to charge me a fee for something I can handle myself. In times where I was unable to resolve the issue they came out and handled it quickly and professionally; they also explain what the issue is/was and how

We called to get information, having just moved to the home. Kathy took the time to explain things, set us up with a service call and Matt came. He was full of good information, took the time to show us how the system works and did a full clean out for us. We have already recommended this company to others.
