A-1 Septic Service

I can't say enough positive about the guys from A1. We had a backup, and called them to check the septic tank, they cleaned the filter and the tank level dropped. I brought the family back home and the problem resumed. We called other plumbers who were all very rude so we called A1 back and they came out to clear the drain line from the house to the tank and get us going correctly again but they only charged one service bill. They were friendly, and helpful as well which I couldn't say for a of the other local companies I called. Thank you A1 staff for being a good company with good people.

I just got off the phone, Oct 8 at 3:15pm, with a woman (assuming the receptionist) who answers your phone. She was beyond rude, disrespectful, argumentative, awful attitude, and horrible customer service! She was extremely short, wouldn't let me speak, kept rudely interrupting, her tone was not professional or appropriate. With this being the person whom your customers have to engage with, talk to, and schedule with, and she treats customers so poorly, you are going to lose business. I will no longer use A-1 septic after this experience! This was literally the most unprofessional and rude person I have dealt with in a long time when calling a business. I am truly shocked at the interaction I just had with this woman!

Excellent customer service. Consistently. This year I ran into a problem with a frozen drain field and called A-1. The next morning the tech crew was out to confirm the issue and by the afternoon the holding tank was pumped. Now it's up to spring thaw to finish the job... but I couldn't ask for more. They have been great since I purchased the home back in 2016. Very much appreciated!

Had an issue with the alarm for my holding tank. Called A-1 and explained the problem. Told then it wasn't a huge rush to fix. Greg was out the very next morning. He had everything fixed like new in 30 minutes. You can't beat service like that. Thank You Bill Pevan

They have a friendly staff and are very knowledgeable. Pair that with great service and you have got a great company! Always recommend these guys when I am asked about septic systems needing worked on.
