A-1 Septic Tank & Sewer

Second time we've needed them, and it was amazing, quick, respectful service both times. (Bought the house a little over 3 yrs ago, had them come out just to make sure the tank was good to go.) They got us scheduled, offered an earlier appointment if we felt we were having an emergency, gave us the cost quote, even called the day before to remind us of/double check everything. Appreciate them so much, makes the system maintenance easier having a trustworthy team we can count on. Ryan was great, even extra patient with our curious dog.

I called A1 Septic Services. I left a message stating that my septic tank was overflowing. I wanted to know if they could come out and inspect the septic tank. I had field lines put in by another company but the flooding has continued. Spoke with female owner and she said I would receive a call back. Received call back from Darryl that night and called him back that next morning. Before I could really begin to explain the situation, he started yelling at me! “Well what do you want me to do?” “Why am I calling him!? He’s not checking nobody else’s work!” I didn’t want him to check anyone else’s work. I wanted him to check my septic tank. If inspecting and repairing my tank, field line or whatever the problem is, was not a service they provided, he could have just said that instead of being

Danny is horrible and very rude. He has no customer service skills and feels like he can speak to customers any type of way. We will NOT use this company ever again. He even went as far as to make POLITICAL and RACIST comments during our conversation. This type of behavior and business practices should not be tolerated or accepted by ANYONE!!!

Mr. Gamble I am sorry you had a bad experience with our business. I do remember you and your wife. Danny called the number 3 different times and got no answer. He pulled up at your residence and blew the horn numerous times and that horn is not a car horn. It is very loud. He left because no one came out. We cannot pump tanks without someone at home unless arrangements are made ahead of time. We are on a 7am to 3pm dumping our truck schedule not because of us but the gates close at the facilities. I do believe you told him your wife was home all day and she was next door. I do not know why she did not hear that loud horn.
