I hired an employee of Ben Cox Company to work on my land, preparing it for a home I plan to build with a VA grant as a paralyzed disabled war veteran. The initial project involved removing trees and leveling the land, but it took longer than anticipated. We had some disagreements, particularly over my wish to save the trees for future projects. However, the employee decided they were "trash" and went ahead with burning them instead. The project concluded in late June, and the original cost was $3,000. In early August, I suggested adding $1,000 more to the amount if we could roll the costs into my VA grant, which they agreed to, providing an invoice on August 2nd. However, by August 31st, I was informed that they could not wait for the VA payment timeline and needed the funds immediately.

Ben Cox LLC has been working diligently in my neighborhood for weeks spearheading a project that is helping an erosion issue. They have been professional, knowledgable and considerate of the surrounding homes. Their expertise with land, tides, dirt and erosion is unmatched.

I first met Ben Cox at a historic plantation we were both working on in 2013. One of a kind boardwalks through ancient cypress and water tupelo swamps connect miles of nature trails are unparalleled in the Southeast. Ben's ingenuity and his teams hardwork are a big reason for the success of the project. His team is in the process of completing one of the only native botanical gardens in the region.
