A tank drain-hose split in our church’s commercial dishwasher. Water everywhere. Our plumber found the problem, but parts are scarce for the discontinued model. The OEM drain hose is fused with the tank-coupling that is way oversized from industry standards, and online, it would cost close to $60 + tax + shipping because the dishwasher model is discontinued. But, A-1 helped me find a solution for 1/3 the cost! If you are anywhere in the greater L.A. area, absolutely give them a call first. They will help you, with patience and a smile, to find a solution. When you need a part, it’s so much nicer to have the product in hand sooner than paying online, hoping it’s in stock, then waiting days for delivery. Seriously, call A-1 first.

Rented a verbo from Amir was not an A-1 direct client. It was a lovely place with a great stackable washer dryer and everything worked. Thanks Amir for a lovely well equipped handicap ♿ accessible Apartment. Loved the Comfy couch set, and the bed was also surprisingly comfortable as I have comfort difficulty. Loved the shower too!! The only way my stay could have been better is if there was a tub in the apartment, which is not logistically possible. Thanks again!!

Business done Right! Gave me a number to a competitor because they didn't have the part. Tony in parts was knowledgeable, clear and concise. He listened to my issue and rudimentary troubleshooting and made a recommendation. I don’t know if I will be able to get the part or will need to replace the whole unit but nonetheless based on the customer service, I’m satisfied and have a plan of action. Thank you Tony for world class customer service.

I hired A-1 Appliance to service my refrigerator. When they couldn’t obtain the part, they suggested I buy a replacement from them—sight unseen—assuring me it would be the same size as my old unit. Instead, they delivered and installed a refrigerator that was completely the wrong size and didn’t fit the space. This felt like a bait-and-switch. I asked them to simply sell me the correct size and charge me the difference, but they refused. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to pick up the one-week-old refrigerator, but only if I paid a $603 restocking fee in order to get the right size. I do not recommend buying a new refrigerator from A-1 Appliance. They did not honor my request, they pushed a wrong-sized unit on me without my approval, and only offered a costly “compromise.”
