While we had to wait for the weekend to pass (our issues started on a Saturday), I was put on the wait-list Monday and received a call the next morning that someone could come out. Brandon was very polite and did a great job explaining what was going on with our pipes, as well as talked us through prevention tips for further issues. I appreciated his calm demeanor, given how stressed I'd been about the ongoing issue. Sincerely hoping we don't have further issues, but I know who I'll be calling if we do.

A1 was one of the most professional and thorough drain services I have ever experienced. The techs were polite and listened to our issues. They did a great job, leaving the bathroom cleaner than they found it. And scheduling on such short notice was a breeze. I wouldn’t go with anyone else from now own.

We had a severe leak in our basement. A-1 sent a nice young man named Brandon. He was polite and friendly and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond for us. He helped explain everything to the building inspector and fire marshall too! We’ll definitely use them again!! Ask for Brandon. He’s knowledgeable and informative!

I called for an emergency after hours call and was called back by a tech in a very reasonable time. Scott was absolutely the best, he was very knowledgeable and nice and took the time to explain to me the problem as well as solutions. I would recommend this company. 10/10 service would most definitely use their service again. Thank you Scott and A1 Team ☺️

A1 is undoubtedly the best. They were at our home quickly after sewer backing up into our basement. They unclogged the pipe, used the camera all the way to the road and even explained what they saw as they were using it. They also helped us come up with a plan to re route our plumbing because of a sagging main drain pipe. They also explained how to prevent clogs from happening before we change our plumbing. Bonus they even had the city open the man hole 🕳️ in the street to be sure it wasn’t a problem on the city’s end and no joke the city was jack hammering within ten minutes of the request. Don’t waste your money anywhere but here. They know it all, were professional, straight to the point and a super fair price I had no problem paying because they got the job done right.
