A-1 Tankmasters-Oil Tank Removals-Replacements

A-1 disabled my old tank in the crawl space and installed the new Granby tank in the new section of my basement. Noah and TJ along with a third party contractor, Paul and Mike, did a good job. However, they were not able to cut up the old tank and remove it the same day as they ran out of time and had a long drive home from my house. I called Brandon in the main office and he confirmed the balance of the credit card (50%) would not be run until the work was finished. Well, a few hours later they ran the balance on my card of $2600 and frankly we were disappointed that they did the opposite of what we were told on the phone. This was an incredibly frustrating experience with A1 Tank Masters. A subcontractor ignored my clear instruction not to drive over inground pool piping and did so anyway. When I raised the concern, it was brushed off with the claim that frozen ground made it “okay,” which is simply not true. What followed was even worse: complete silence and zero accountability. The owner never called me. The office repeatedly said the issue was “being investigated” for over two weeks, yet I received no explanation, no solution, and no follow-through of any kind. Being dismissed and left hanging after raising a legitimate concern about potential property damage is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.

Lenny and TJ came out and removed a difficult 1968, 12 gauge oil tank with ease. They were extremely friendly and personable. As well as they left no mess. 10/10 service thank you!

Paul and crew were exceptional at replacing my old oil tank. Very detailed, great craftsmanship, high end replacement parts, friendly, courteous and did great work. Walked me through everything that was done after the job was complete. Highly recommend!
