Larry was here within two hours of our initial call. Diagnosed the issue and was here the next day (Saturday) and within three hours we had water. Price was reasonable and he gave a five year warranty on the new pump motor. Our experience with Larry and his company could not have been better!

We were in an emergency getting ourselves in a situation with no water. I called them and he came very quick (since he was in the area). Saved me a headache, and provided education on how to keep up with the well. I will be using his services soon to install a softener. His price is very reasonable as well. I truly appreciate him and his work for helping our emergent water problem.

We had A-1 put a new well in at our home in 2009. I called last week as our well was leaking horribly (ground completely saturated several feet surrounding the well) and we needed it fixed. I talked to Larry on Thursday and told him our situation and he said they could come the next day, Friday, and that he would call in the morning. To date, I still have NOT received a call. Because we had a major leak (and after reading reviews that A-1 doesn't show up) I called another local well repair company and they showed up by noon. What is extremely troubling is upon digging down to the pitless adaptor, the leak was discovered along with the fact that the hydrant installed in 2009 by A-1 was a used piece of equipment and NOT new! That is what rusted and eroded 3 foot underground and sprung a lea

They installed the water pump and softener over a year ago. They have been to our place several times and it still doesn’t work. They make arrangements to come and never show up. Then they will call and not show up again! The Dont reply to messages. Have no idea how they stay in business.

We appreciated that they came to our rescue quickly when others put us off. And the cost was much less than previous estimates. There's a reason they have good reviews!!
