Update: 2 weeks went by and the washer broke again. It's an estate old whirlpool. It's not Terry's fault but I should have gone with my gut to just replace it. Now we have to buy a new/used one and we essentially are out the $245; listen to your gut. Also, after doing a lot of research, the part that was replaced and labor was not worth $245, great service thought and I appreciate the help. I can understand that they need the business ....but I would have happily paid the service fee and not the repair if I had known better. Terry came out within less than 2 hrs of my call, not only repaired our washer, but provided detailed and easy to understand instructions on what he was repairing and next steps. He provided exceptional service and the repair itself took under 30 mins. Total cost was

A-A Appliance fixed my refrigerator but the waterline broke after pushing the unit back in its place. Water unknowingly leaked for 3 days and turned into an insurance claim for me, about $10-12k in damages. Hardwood floor, baseboards, drywall all ruined and some cabinet damage. Even though I have a case to put the burden all on him, after multiple attempts asking Terry, the owner, to cover half of my deductible, he never responded to me. I will update and hope to say that he stepped up and did the right thing but currently I would not recommend them. Owning up to all the possible things that could go wrong when repairing other people’s appliances is counting the cost of having a honest business. Update: I did hear back from Terry. We had a great experience with Terry and his team. We had an unexpected issue with our washer at our rental property and they responded immediately, same day service! They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and we appreciate how honest and affordable the repair was. Highly recommend!

My front load washer quit with a full load of wet towels in it in the middle of the night on Saturday, one week out of warranty 😅. AA was the first listed as available and had good reviews so I gave it a shot. Terry arrived at my door in THIRTEEN minutes, diagnosed the problem in less than ONE minute, and will be back with the new pump to fix it on Monday. He told me it will only take about TEN minutes! He also rescued my wet towels from the locked washer so it won’t mold. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with appliance repair. I’m so impressed!!

A-A Appliance Repair is the BEST!! Called yesterday Terry was out to my home within the hour - he squeezed us in last minute very impressed- fixed our dryer within 15 minutes! Thrilled!!
