A A Classic Fencing

If you need fencing stay away from this company. They come off as good Christian people until they get your payment. Their craftsmanship was inferior, shoddy work from day 1, customer service and honesty is the worst. I paid them $2500 for 600 sq. ft. of vinyl fencing in less than 2 years the fence is falling apart. They refuse to honor their warranty that comes with their shoddy work. Excuse after excuse for the last 2 years. Shelly who is a transplanted NY'er is not to be trusted. When I asked for my original receipt, her words verbatim was she could not find it. Then to add insult to injury, her words to me were. In order for her husband (Johnny) to come and do the repairs on the fence, I would have to pay them $290 in advance before the job will be done. I originally had my entire fence built by Deloach in 2016 and Hurricane Irma had blown down my double gate few years later.(Deloach has since retired) I put off repairs for one too many years and it was very deteriorated and unable to be salvaged. I gathered a few outrageous and asinine quotes from a few other local companies and honestly thought I was going to have to do it myself with YouTube. AA Classic fence gave me, to my surprise, a very fair and reasonable quote considering materials costs have risen (their quote was maybe close to double the prices from 7-8 years ago, but some of the quotes I received were 4X). Very unprofessional and very incompetent. 1. Showed up uninvited, announced with no appointment. Last conversation was " I call you in a few days" 2. Sexist: My daughter in law made several attempts trying to answer questions regarding the "property line" only to get consistently cut off to " repetitive... "where's your husband?, what did your husband say? " .. How Insulting! She the one paying for the fence! 3. Argued repetitively about the "property line" with the home owners because she said (AA fencing) "It didn't make sense..." Even though the HOA clearly marked the property with steaks. 4. I first and foremost say that I am not "fence savy". However, the customer service is highly lacking and if that shows any representation of their business and the work they do,I say look else where.
