I would not recommend A&A Heating & Cooling as Otto is a rip-off! I called to inquire about services. Without providing me any details about fees, he said I'll be right over. Then, when he arrived, late, he told me I owed $75 for the house call. I found his fee for the service to be exorbitant. He only accepts CA$H. Furthermore, I have been asking for an invoice, which he promised, but has not provided. I want to get reimbursed for the service!

He did a job for me in Revere, but I've been trying to reach him on his phone for the last month and he does not pick up. Does anyone know what happen with this guy?
