Sincerely disappointed at the service I got from two locations today. Initially I had called the Newcastle location. I asked him if they had 12-in round smooth concrete stepping stones to which they replied they had well over a hundred. I said I'm coming from shingle springs. I'll be there in a while she said okay thanks. Come to find out they have multiple locations. I decided to call the other ones as they were significantly closer to me. Rancho Cordova did not have them in stock but actually suggested I check out citrus heights. I called citrus heights I spoke to Jonie. She said they did have them in stock but wasn't sure if it was the aggregate or the smooth. She said she would find out and get back to me shortly. I had a excellent experience with A&A stepping stone, I called on a Thursday to see if they could deliver a load of stone and Mike had said they were booked but maybe Saturday if their truck was running but I would have to call back Friday....I called Friday and they delivered it 4 hrs later the same day....now that is service!!! Much appreciated to the A&A staff. Great company!

Very professional place. All the workers were quick to help. We picked what we need and the tractor driver very professional dumped the load of rocks in the back of my truck and we left. That simple

Beware, zero returns on manufactured stone. Your receipt will lead you to believe you’ll need to pay a 25% restocking fee, but your return will not be accepted. There is a piece of paper under the plexiglass by the cash register that states this policy. This is the enforced policy, not the policy on the signed receipt.
