Bought 5 windows from them several years ago. Didn't realize that they were installed properly. I called the office and they transferred me to a Christopher.....who was driving at the time; he told me to email him and I never heard back from him! The windows are supposed to be lifetime. ..Make sure that lifetime is specified! I will try to contact the company manager. 2022 I spoke with the owner who was very nice. He sent over Ed who re-chaulk my windows and ordered two to replace and it didn't cost me a dime! The warranty plan is a 20 year at the time and it worked out great! Now the other window company (Champion)I used initially wants to charge a fee of 175.00 just to come out to inspect the windows! My next windows will definitely come from AA windows in Salem, Ma. Thank you
