My experience collaborating with this company was exceptionally positive, from the initial engagement through to project completion. The team members I interacted with consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise, effectively articulating the project scope and presenting various viable options. The services rendered included a complete roof replacement, encompassing a full tear-off, as well as the installation of new gutters and a header replacement in the garage to rectify a structural sag. The team's performance was commendable, executing the work efficiently and within an appropriate timeframe.

A-Abel did a great job on our Roof and gutters as well as gutter guards. The whole team was very friendly and explained everything well. James did a great job explaining the process and didn’t give us a high pressure sales job like most other companies did. His estimate was spot on. Their price was very reasonable. Wally was very helpful letting us know all the scheduling info. It was nice to meet the owner as well, thank you Jeff. We met with 4 different roofing companies. We needed a new roof, siding, gutters, downspouts for our home built in 1987 as well as a detached garage. A-Able was not the most expensive and neither were they the least expensive. However, we are very happy with the services they provided. Mike the salesman was very helpful and friendly. The owner Jeff met with us several times and assured us we would receive excellent service, workmanship, and materials, and that’s exactly what he and his team provided. Jeff and his team member Jim made sure that even minor details were attended to, and they made recommendations for some things we had not considered. We had the entire exterior of our house and garage redone. The roof, sofit, fascia, siding, gutters, storm doors, windows, and the front and back doors as well. The whole process from start to finish was a great one.Mike,our salesmen, was very accommodating working around both mine and my husband's work schedules over several meetings to make sure that every detail we chose for the house was correct and coming back each time to show us samples and explain the difference of each detail to make sure that we were happy with our choices. Once the crew arrived to start the work Jim, the crew Supervisor, was there on a daily basis. I was not a customer of A-Able Roofing, but I had a very negative experience involving their crew. While working in the area, they dumped roofing shingles and debris that struck and damaged my parked vehicle. The crew clearly saw what happened, yet no one attempted to notify me, leave information, or take responsibility. Instead, they left the scene without saying anything. I HAVE THIS ON VIDEO! Accidents can happen on any job site. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this situation, there was no accountability, no communication, and no effort to resolve the damage. That lack of responsibility is extremely concerning.
