Hired this company to replace our sump pump. Rich came by was honest that I didn’t NEED to replace the pump which we appreciated his honesty however my husband & I didn’t want to worry about water coming in. He explained the different options available to us without pushing us towards the most expensive item. Extremely great service, the price was reasonable & Rich was phenomenal! Rich will be my guy to call for all our plumbing needs in the future!

First, our problem was not an emergency. I called and both Bob and his son returned our call within an hour, both of them. Bob Jr came the next day. He had everything he needed in his truck. We had a great conversation and he okayed it when I asked him if I should get a bigger sump pump. He came back the next morning with everything we discussed and was finished in a few hours with a new more modern pump. He also made sure the pipes were more vertical than before. This is the second time I’ve used them and I would use them again, if needed. Job well done and priced within reason.

While I didn’t directly receive his services, as he was very occupied given the current deep freeze, he gave us all the advice we needed to defrost our pipes and get water running. An amazing plumber indeed. Helped us trouble shoot and solve the problem.

This company goes above and beyond!! Very communicative, quick response and gets the job done right the first time. I am so appreciative of their time, hard work and effort!! I will definitely use them again!! They installed a new hot water tank for me. Very clean, friendly and timely! Thanks again!!

What bad experience just with one call, I asked just to get a rate to checkout my frozen pipes and because of that apparently the person that answer I think was the owner told me to call a handyman because he will not give me a price for just to look at the problem, am a single mom plus I have an accent maybe that's why he considers I wasn't important enough for his business and he wanted to charge me whatever he wants, am a business woman and I welcome everyone in my business no matter how they look, what they looking for or what their needs are I don't make anyone feel uncomfortable.
