This place was great. I never call anyone to fix anything but I couldn't figure this dishwasher out. Super easy to call and make an apt. Receptionist was kind and easy to speak to, the technicians were fantastic. On time professional and had the issues figured out in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Steven was here on time and notified me a 1/2 hr before arriving as well as calling when he arrived. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable He assessed the problem and ordered the needed parts which should arrive in a few days. Very impressed! Will see him again when the parts arrive.

Phillip and Christian fixed my dryer today. They answered all my questions and were very polite and courteous. I know I will be able to rely on them in the future should I have any other problems with any of my appliances. So glad I met you guys today. It was truly a pleasure 😊😊

We contacted A Action when our refrigerator unexpectedly stopped working. We were able to get extremely fast help and the technician, Christian, was very professional and helpful. Ultimately, the fridge was not fixable (a technical problem that had nothing to do with the quality of Christian's work), but he was able to give us a refund and help us with our choice of new fridge. His willingness to work directly with the manufacturer helped us get a replacement fridge at a reasonable price. We would definitely call this business again if we needed help. My only feedback was that the billing was through an Apple Pay link texted to me, so as a first time customer I was a little wary of sending my card details because it felt like a scam (even though it ended up being legit).

They do a great job, scheduling is seamless and they know their stuff. Helped me with a washer issue and ! Fixed an issue with my older GE Monogram - which I had gotten bad advice about. Super professionals!
