A-Advantage

I've been a customer of A-Advantage for a long time - maybe 20 years - and I could have written a 5-star review at any time during those years, but just never did. It's time! Yesterday evening my heater starting making very strange noises, and I called. I expected to leave a message and wait for a call back, but someone answered and said a technician would call me right back. Within minutes, Oscar called. He was prepared to come out later that evening, but I suggested this morning instead since it was already dark and my system is in an outside closet - and I knew I wouldn't freeze. He let me know Jose would be coming, and he did, exactly when he said he would. Jose got everything working again and was very friendly and professional. He had been here before on a regular maintenance call

We just moved to the area and into a townhouse on Saturday. It didn't take us long to realize we had no hot water, and couldn't get our pilot light to function properly. Derek (hoping I've spelled his name correctly) showed up Sunday morning and spent about half an hour troubleshooting our HVAC system. He answered all of my questions and entertained my curiosities as he worked, and eventually discovered that our gas was turned off (we had no idea the gas would be off as the water and electricity were obviously functional). This is a temporary townhouse while our owned home is receiving repairs. Based on my interactions with them so far, along with their other glowing reviews, we'll absolutely be consulting them for inevitable HVAC work in the future.

I highly recommend this firm. They have installed three HVAC systems for my small commercial building in Old Town during the past three years. The installation and continuing regular maintenance have been excellent. They go the extra mile to always make any issue right. In the past I have used other firms, but none ever came close to the professionalism, customer care and responsiveness demonstrated by AAdvantage. They are tops for price, high quality work and service.

Our split broke down and Aadvantage H&AC got the coil replaced at no charge. They are very polite and courteous. I highly recommend them.
