A-Advantage is the best around! Our furance stopped working during one of the worst cold periods we have felt in this area in years and Jose came out, diagnosed the issue and gave us a fix same day. Jose was friendly, professional, confident, and knew exactly what he needed to do to get our heat pumping again. Terrific company! We had an unexpected issue with our furnace and called our go-to heating and air company yesterday. Jose arrived as scheduled, quickly figured out the issue, and had our furnace running in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will no longer be using this company. They came out to replace my heat pump motor. The technician was using plyers and vice grips to remove screws from the grate and stripped two of them. So, in trying to chisel and break the screws, he compromised the grate the motor sit on so the fan may not have swung true. He said he had to order a new grate. If he had used the proper tools, he may not have stripped the screws. I had to pay for the grate. THEN, when installing the new motor, he was using an adjustable wrench to tighten the bolts. I let him use my socket set to tighten it up correctly because I didn't want to have more stripped screws. I cannot recommend A-Advantage highly enough! I’ve encountered multiple HVAC companies that seem to be staffed with salesman more than technicians, and when they tell me to replace something I never know how to tell whether they are trustworthy. With A-Advantage, I don’t have any doubt. Recently, one of their technicians, Jose, was able to diagnose and repair an issue with my unit where another company told me the only option was to replace. Jose was great throughout the process and helped explain everything along the way working late into the evening to get the job done.
