Zero stars is deserved! We are in a new build, A-Affordable installed the HVAC. 2 years after, unit stops producing cold air. Left Company l 5 messages, they will not call back. Will not answer phone. Ended up paying $2600 for a reputable company to fix it as 3 weeks no air conditioning mid summer was getting unbearable. Tech said it was a faulty install- the valves used were the wrong part for the unit- and the correct ones were taped in a bag to the side of the unit. Save yourself and use a company who backs up their work.

Wow.. hands down will be a repeat business if needed. Joni is awesome. She talked to me on the phone and was aware of my situation. The guys who came in to my house were courteous and got the job done. I will be spreading a positive word of mouth to all my friends. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
