I am not satisfied with my experience with this company. I had a canvas awning recovered in March and noticed some issues in April. I started trying to contact them in April to see if i could have the issues resolved. I spoke to Brittany (secretary) numerous times concerning the issues. She assures me each time, that someone will contact me back or come out to look at it, however no one ever does. I don't think it's professional for a company to not get back with a customer after spending a thousand dollars on an awning cover. See photos below.

I contacted them about an awning over my front door, their quote was extremely reasonable. Jason was there when he said he would be. They did the work in a timely manner and also cleaned up completely behind themselves. I could not have been more pleased with them . I'll be using them again in the near future. Iewoul

After finally receiving a quote (it took multiple phone calls and emails), I then immediately responded and said I am ready to pay and schedule. Crickets. Several more emails and calls. I finally received a call back to say they were busy and it would be a few weeks. Nothing concrete. I just ended up going with someone else.

We recently had 15 standard windows plus 2 specialty windows replaced by A Air Flow. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the process – good prices, excellent installation, quality products. Will definitely call them again for future work.
