My dog had been ill and left many deposits on my upstairs carpeting. My bedroom is downstairs so when I discovered the mess it had dried. Linda got me all set up and scheduled, James arrived, surveyed the situation and went to work. In less than two hours my carpet looks brand new. Totally clean!!
