Everything about A American was professional and timely. We smelled.YUCK. They came immediately and pumped the tank, no help. Then they did a smoke test. Turns out the smell was not from them. Very friendly and helpful people, especially the receptionist/scheduler.RECOMMEND

Called on Thursday because my plumbing was backing up and the lovely lady over the phone helped me troubleshoot my plumbing problem. She scheduled me for the following Tuesday at 9am. Jonny, the service technician, calls me at 8:45am and says he’s out back. I really really appreciated that! Jonny gets set up and starts doing his thing. Along the way he’s very personable and is giving me pointers for my kitchen staff. He also recommended I get serviced every 60-90 days. My grease trap was nearly full and he got it all cleaned out for us. No more plumbing issues!! Thank you Jonny and the rest of A American team for the wonderful service.

Rita at the office and Johnny who came out today were both excellent to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable in the work and service needed. Johnny checked out the area and was able to advise on how to put a better more modern cover on my old system. Great people to deal with. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks!

Terrible Experience. It took over 4 months before they even started work. They blamed the local jurisdiction for paperwork hold ups but there was no routine follow ups or status reports. I wonder if they even called the jurisdiction to check on the status or if they were content to just take my deposit and sit. After they finally completed the work, they told us we were "good to go" and began asking for final payment. Their invoices are very confusing, as they don't line item payments, the "adjust" the balance due and make notes in long form on the invoice. While I was asking questions about the invoice, they initiated a lien process against the property after only 2 weeks overdue on the invoice, while ongoing invoice questions were being asked! Butch came by today to drain our septic as the plumber said we needed it. Butch did a comprehensive check of everything and said there was no immediate need for servicing. He said if there was it would cost around $2,500 due to the size of the tank and the cleaning it would need. Lets be honest here.... 99% of people wouldn't be honest and tell you that they don't need to take your money. Butch did. Quality, competence and professionalism all the way. I highly recommend Butch!
