Amazing service and excellent work. Highly accommodating with your schedule and front desk staff was great to communicate with. The service staff did a great job fixing my dishwasher and refrigerator ice maker, and I highly recommend this company :)

When I tell you this company was appalling to work with, I’m being kind. We had someone come take a look at our washer (for not even 5 minutes) and then left and were told they would be in touch. While at work, I was left voicemail about codes for what was wrong with it. When myself and my roommate tried to reach back out there was no response. We waited several weeks and heard nothing. My roommate reached out to them via text to which they were kind enough to respond to, the following day AFTER she reached out to them AGAIN. They were very rude in their text, and not at all professional. Apparently there had been an invoice sent (which she found in her spam folder) to which she promptly paid. Excellent customer service with Jennifer from the beginning and then comes Brandon for the call. Brandon was so pleasant and quickly fixed my issue with my washer. Wow. Great service all the way around. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks guys for making this so easy! Will definitely use them again in the future. No doubts!

A+Appliance repair is the best appliance repair company in our area. I have had them come to repair several appliances. I had Brandon the first time I called them and he was wonderful. Now whenever I need them I ask for Brandon. They are very reasonable and knowledgeable. They get to you quickly and take care of the problem. I can’t recommend them enough!

Let me start by saying I had the best experience with A+repair out of any other contractor that has came to do any kind of work at my house. I had my glass stovetop replaced by A+ repair through my American Home Shield home warranty and they were so quick to respond to my claim and answered any questions i had on the phone in minutes, Brandon our tech was on time and let me know when he was 30mins away, he was respectful in my home and finished the job in no time. I hope for more people like Brandon and more companies like A+ in this world and that work in people homes. Amazing, thanks again guys for all your help.
