Michele Riggs was great. She was very knowledgeable, she dealt with the insurance company and made sure we were informed every step of the way. The work was excellent. Michele went the extra steps to making sure my doggie yard was clear of nails so they could potty. Even personally walked my Aunt into the house making sure it was safe while work was happening. We are very pleased with the entire process and the end results are excellent. The owner also made it a point to personally come and speak with me. I would recommend Michele and Schumaker Roofing to anyone.

Walked me through the entire process and also took the steps to make sure my pups would be safe in the yard after the cleaning and re-juvenate application. The entire crew did a phenomenal job. Shumaker did a great job replacing our roof. We worked with Demetrius, who guided us through the entire process. He was very down to earth, didn’t use any pushy sales tactics & immediately made us feel like we were working with a trusted friend. He was always prompt, patient, & available to answer any questions we had, from beginning to end. The workers were also great… always polite & checked in with us at the end of each day to give us an update on what was done & what to expect the next day.
