As we began the inspection of our new home, we knew we had the right guy! He was honest and trustworthy and spent the time to explain things in detail during the inspection. These kind of things can be stressful, but Jerry made it light and fun with his wit and humor. We truly enjoyed talking with him and had fun learning more about our new home. Jerry is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a home inspector. I have had inspections in the past where they just go about their job and and hand you a report later. That didn't happen here. He was very accommodating and encouraged me to shadow him as he did the inspection and ask questions about anything I might not fully understand. He gave incredibly valuable feedback and explained every detail that he was recording. At the end, a flag and a handy book on home maintenance were very nice bonuses. I feel much more confident purchasing my home and in what needs to be done to fix any issues.

Jerry was a pleasure to work with! He was punctual on arrival, very thorough when explaining all forms that needed signed to me, along with explaining the actual process. We just can't say enough about what a great job Jerry did on our home inspection. He was thorough, attentive, and answered all our questions no matter how simple or mundane they were. He went through the inspection with us step by step and explained everything he was doing and looking for. He went out of his way to make sure we understood the ins and outs and all the inner workings of our house. He even took the time to explain how our pressure tank, well, and septic system work (we've never owned one of those before) and covered all the things to look for/pay attention to as the house ages. We really feel a lot more confident about our purchase after having Jerry come through and make sure everything was as it should be. We highly recommend him for all your home inspection needs
