Expensive learning experience. DO NOT TRUST particularly their emergency services. If you’re going to work with them, make sure you get comparables. Showed up 1 hour later than they said they would (1.5 hrs instead of 30 minutes), and ripped me off. He made up a price on the spot and then I later discovered that he charged me $100s more. Cylinders cost $20, NOT $350. At one point, the locking still wasn’t great, the technician (John) was trying to explain to me why there was an issue with the door rather than his installation. After I pushed him a little bit harder, he made an adjustment to his work. I repeat: you need to be vigilant and you’re probably better off using another service.
These guys are the best. Their prices are reasonable and service is top notch.
