Fernando has become dishonest, and unreliable. He improperly installed a brand new AC unit in our condo, and while still under warranty (23 months)Fernando wanted to charge $500 to replace the cracked drain pan. I had another company, unrelated, perform the work for less than $300. ... :/ Furthermore, two AC companies confirmed the drain pan cracked due to improper installation. I gave Fernando every opportunity to make good faith here, but he refused.

I have been a loyal customer of A&B Appliance for quite a few years, both for appliance and air conditioning repair, and now for a replacement of the AC unit in my condo on Fort Myers Beach. Not only is Fernando highly skilled, he is VERY organized, HIGHLY efficient and NEAT . I am very satisfied with the installation of my new unit, and most importantly, I can return to MA knowing that it is a quality system and will keep my unit properly cooled in my absence.
