Our outside deck was badly in need of repair and because it had been built by the previous owners, on top of the garage. it presented a variety of challenges. Because of the joists underneath the deck were deteriorating the integrity of the sealant underneath the deck was causing water to pour into our house during every rain storm . We literally were having to place numerous tarps and buckets to catch the rain. We had over 20 different contractors come to the house to look at the deck and bid on the repairs... One contractor promised the world, met with us only to come back weeks later and confess that the funding they promised failed. 1 year later, another contractor... came out and again promised to do the job and after 3 months of delays... admitted to us that his workers had quit

A B Graffius just completed latest project for us. We have new flooring in spa room that is beautiful! We originally contracted them to fix a total house renovation that was 40% unacceptable to building inspector, by another major contractor; who had sub- contracted that portion of the job.Graffius did a great job of fixing the deficiencies, so we hired them to design and build a new master bath, walk in cedar master bedroom closet, and a great room. The results are fabulous.

Home improvements are an area that I am very familiar with. With that said, Christy has exceeded my expectations in many areas. As a long distance (3 hours) working relationship, she and her crew over came and were willing to go the extra mile. On a major hip roof replacement with 3 large dormers, soffit and fascia and trim with siding and windows, excellence was achieved where other contractors walked away and turned their backs. I am grateful for her tenacity, honesty and straight forwardness.

I called for help with a "small issue" and was given, in great detail, exactly where to look in the newspaper to find a handyman that will help with my issue because, they "have half million dollar contracts right now."

Called for a estimate for a roof replacement, scheduled an appointment never showed up, I called again and was told they got tied up and would be there the next day again a no show. Not away to run a business.
