A.B. Contracting has a 5 PLUS rating from me. We moved into a house a few years ago. Our house has a boiler with baseboard heating. Mike, the owner checked on the system for free, and Trevor cleaned filters for no charge. I later had issues with no hot water or heat on Christmas morning before a dinner for 30. I called Trevor and he gave me 30 minutes of his time and talked me through resolving my issue! Again, no charge. He also gave me his personal cell phone # in case I had any other issues. This is customer service that goes above and beyond excellence! I highly recommend A.B. Contracting!!!

I was recommended A.B. from a family member to have my 20 year old furnace replaced and AC added to my home. This is the first time I have hired someone for work on my home as I have a lot of family in various construction fields, and Mike’s team really set the bar high for any future work I have done! Everyone was awesome. Mike came out for a bid and gave me some options and recommendations. We were able to schedule the work very quickly. Mike did an awesome job keeping me updated. The service provided was excellent. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He thoughtfully assessed and explained the condition of the heating and air conditioning units, made sound recommendations, and was thoroughly professional and helpful. We probably will replace some of the equipment when we do a remodel next year, and I’m confident that we will call on these folks to assist us with that work. I’m happy to give them the highest recommendation.
