I just completed a total remodel of my 1967 Gig Harbor home. From day 1, James, Genessa, and Davis impressed me with their professionalism, their industry knowledge, and their commitment to delivering an outstanding project. The entire project was extremely organized and they were so responsive to my ideas and questions. Massey created an entry into my home from the garage where one did not exist. They added an additional bedroom with en-suite, added a laundry room, redid all the bathrooms giving me a luxurious primary bath. They took down a very large and heavy brick fireplace that blocked outdoor views, and they turned my kitchen into a bright and open space with plenty of storage. We did a major project with Massey Remodel updating our kitchen, two bathrooms, hardwood floors and more. We had an excellent experience working with James and Genessa. They are professional, fun to work with and the communication was great. We knew, on a daily basis, the status of our project. Any concerns we raised were responded to quickly, taken seriously and addressed. In terms of design, Genessa was wonderful to work with - amazing ideas and really listened to what we were looking for. The Massey Team completely remodeled my outdated Gig Harbor kitchen. Genessa did an incredible job on the design, incorporating my ideas while bringing her expertise and designer eye. James and Davis were communicative, available for my questions, and the craftsmanship of each subcontractor was excellent. Each person that came into our home was kind and professional.
