I have used A&B Luck multiple times without complaint but this time they came out and couldn't fix the issue. One person spent 20 minutes at my house and I was charged $168. I am fighting the charge because it seems like highway robbery and was definitely not clearly explained when I set up the appt. They charge a $78 fee just to show up and then a mandatory 30 minutes are charged at an hourly fee. My understanding was the $78 fee would be charged to come look at the issue and then the hourly fee if they did work. Nothing about a mandatory 30 min charge on top of the $78 fee was noted. They should just explain that a $160 fee would be charged even if they do nothing.

We have used Ab Luck on multiple occasions. In fact, there are go to plumbing service and have been for 30 years. Today they once again saved us in fixing a leak that we had. They’ve always been extremely punctual in their service to us. They’re also very courteous and reasonable in price. I cannot read them higher, but I will always use them and I encourage everyone to do so.

We called A and B Luck to have our old copper pipes replaced in the entire house. We also asked that they replace our pressure tank. Luckily they found an issue with our well pump, that we knew in time would happen, but they fixed it quickly and we never had to be without a pump. Brian, John and Brandon worked so hard for 2 and a half days to fix all issues. I was working from home and they were always so respectful and professional. I never felt uncomfortable with them here. We even called John on a Friday night to ask a question. He was friendly and helpful and even offered to come back on Saturday if needed, but we did not need him to. I've used them before with no complaints. This time they came to estimate a water leak job outside the house in the ground. Wasn't sure where the leak was, so a pretty complicated job. After a week hadn't heard back. Called second time after I excavated and found the leak in the line, so now an easy job of threading a new pipe 20 feet from house to the leak. The job had changed significantly and needed a new estimate. So far so good, but, when I asked if they could come out and see how the job had changed and give me a new estimate the receptionist got a little angry and stated they would not come out again unless I paid am estimate fee. I nicely reminded her they didn't charge the first time. She, at this point nastily stated, "We just can't keep coming out giving estimates for free". OK

John from A&B Luck is a lifesaver. He’s been out to service some plumbing issues at our house over the past few years and I’m just grateful for his honesty, professionalism and education about what he’s helping to fix. Great experience from scheduling, work completion and prices are reasonable. 5 ⭐️ for John!
