Tried to have them come out today to replace the gate ( stopper) in my tub faucet so my shower would work again. Easy money, easy repair. When I get the call back from the young plumber he had no clue what I was talking about. No way he is touching my tub now. I cancelled and will just do it myself even though I was more than happy to pay but clearly the quality of knowledge wasn’t there. Sad to be honest.

I dealt with A&B plumbing on two occasions and I definitely would deal with them again. Tom is a really nice guy to talk with about the problem at hand and explains the solution with what it will take to get the job done right the first time.

Very dissatisfied with their service. They did not show up when scheduled. Although they did repair my boiler, they left a bleeder valve open. I was not aware until 15 hours later that flooded the laundry room. After reporting this the next day, they said they would come to look at the damage that day and call me to let me know what they will do to rectify the situation. They never showed, never called. It has been 3 days and all the Pergo flooring is damaged. I've always had good service until the business changed ownership.
