Discount Septic Service was prompt and professional along with great value. We have a duplex so that offers a different challenge with (2) large septic tanks, but he educated me on the tanks we had, inspected them and walked me through the process step by step. +/-4,000 Gallons rolled away! Would recommend them to anyone in the greater tri-city area. No more trying to remember when the last service was either, as they gave me a pump truck magnet with date of service line on it, so that will be posted so we can always see it. Big and Little things that set them apart. Very pleased.

Posting this on both Discount Septic google pages as there appears to be two different ones to leave reviews but still the same company/owners as I think it’s worth sharing my incredible experience with Mike and Selena. I was having issues with my new septic system over the winter and was referred to them by Harry’s to have my tank pump. They came out, pumped it, and pointed out concerns they observed regarding the installation of my septic tank to report back to health department. They then came back out to hot jet my delivery line for me. Then in the spring they came out when the ground was thawed to figure out why my delivery line had froze. They figured that out but then went a step further to look at my drain field and had concerns that the drain field/septic system had not been insta
