My pool had leaks in the lines and near the sand gasket head. Ash provided prompt professional services. His dedication to resolving the many issues is commendable. Very responsive. A&B Pool,Spa and Hot Tub Repairs quickly identified and resolved the issue with my hot tub. They verified that everything was functioning properly. I was also impressed that they were able to work me in on a Friday afternoon as I live 15-20 minutes out of town.
I had no experience with hot tubs. Just had the hot tub hooked up to electric. The hot tub seller hasn’t returned my calls to have their tech show us how to use. I Called A&B electric and asked for their help. Mr. Samuel and nephew were willing to come to my aid. Had my problem fixed with in minutes. Great professional hard workers and will use them again. Great experience. I own a local Airbnb and the spa heater was not working. He came out the same day after hours and got it up and running within a couple of hours. Very prompt and excellent service. Will be using him again.
Still waiting for you to call me back….$285 later(for what some hose clamps?) and the hoses are still leaking Update: Spoke to the gentleman that my wife dealt with so for $285 this is the breakdown I got since the emailed receipt was blank…. $165 an hour (he charged for and 1.5 hours) Some clamps Some lube and teflon Also stated they turned down “other important jobs” to do this one… don’t thrown that in my face you make your own decisions Guy then proceeded to state that I was not satisfied (which I’m not) and then just hung up….. so take that for what it is It could have been your wife or mother or sister dealing with this guy
