A & B Termite & Pest Control

Have had A&B servicing our home pest control prevention needs since moving in almost 6 years ago. Every tech that has come out are always professional, nice, courteous and a genuine pleasure to speak with. Recently had termite prevention done. The men took care with the work they did on our home and treated it as their own. Their pricing was very fair too, they don't gouge. We are very pleased with A&B. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and helpful. We have recommended A&B to our neighbor who now uses them and friends also looking for pest control. Excellent experience! We highly recommend A&B!

Had a bug issue about 3 weeks after our initial house spray. I called the office on Monday at 8 AM and was told she would call me back within an hour. I called back at 4 PM because I had not heard anything back. She had me text a picture and said it would be the next day (Tuesday) that one of the guys would look at it and get in touch with me. Once again, I never heard back from them. So we have chosen to go with another pest control company that has already came out and handled our problem. Unfortunately, A & B is not a company I’d recommend if you appreciate good customer service and return phone calls.
