First off stop charging us for "inflation" or footing the bill for data centers. For the rates we pay we should never lose power. Rolling blackouts like a 3rd world country is frequent. You're just a 3rd party we let do "maintenance". People need to be reminded we the people own the dam. Maybe we need a new company to do "maintenance".

I couldn’t have asked for better customer service from the kind and professional Mr. Mitch Cain, Vice-President of Member Services. We have been impressed with the quality of AE’s workmanship and performance. The quality and reliability of their products and services are just like their Linemen in a Winter Storm! OUTSTANDING! Thanks for all y’all do!

We need Appalachian Electric to set up in Virginia. Dominion Power has gotten ridiculous with their rates. They need some competition. Guarantee Appalachian Electric will come out on top.

Our transformer blowed early this morning so at 4am I called it in. We’d yet to report an outage in our 2 1/2 years as customers; we assumed our power would be out until late afternoon. I was happily impressed to see the sunrise arrive behind their crew at 6am sharp! The gentlemen were super polite while gettin straight to work. In under 20 minutes both transformer and power were restored! I am beyond satisfied with AEC! Also, if you haven’t installed it; I highly recommend the AEC app! It’s very easy to use and has made billing/payments with them an absolute breeze! Pictures below in order as before, during, & after

Just turned my power off on my kids and 15 degrees outside I paid my bill and back on but I feel sorry for people who are in a worse position and can’t . Over 12 bucks
